71.6/116 = .617 lb/ "FS day" (want to get back to losing -.65lb/day or better) :(
447.4 - 375.8 = 71.6lb lost since got serious w/ FS.

375.8 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
