Total crap. Did awesome been walking and only lost .4 of a pound. I even got down to 173.6 pounds on Friday and Saturday. I have no idea what is going on. Frustrating

Try focusing on more "aerobic" walking (at a slower pace) than "speed" walking (which builds muscle mass)... just a thought. It's difficult to balance weight loss with strength training/building - you're doing well, believe me.

avoid salt. It is in most foods. (salmon is salty). It makes you retain water and that might be the reason you think you gained weight
