I am excersizing 5-6 x a week. Not coming off as fast I would like. I need to learn patience.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Even if you lose only 1 lb per week you will have reached your goal in 35 weeks! That is less time than it takes to have a baby! Celebrate! You are on your way and doing great!
