Well, it's been a week since trying to log food so i can count my calories and actually see what I've been putting in my mouth.
It has made a HUUUUUGE difference. I always thought my portions were small and food choices were generally good ones so it shouldn't make that much difference and the weight should still be coming off....boy was I wrong! The little "bad" choices would put me over my calorie count and so obviously I wouldn't be losing weight that week. So now that I'm aware I am making better choices and the results, I think, will begin to show!
