Not much of a weight loss, but I seem to have lost an inch off my waist this week~ I have been noticing visible differences lately too. I can see my collar bones more, and my hands and arms seem slimmer, I was even looking at my feet last night and they look slimmer too! Quite the difference since I last stopped to actually look. I put on a pair of pants I haven't worn in a few months, this morning, leggings, and they used to be skin tight and now they are quite loose.
