The rain has stopped and the trees are looking beautiful,green and
blooming.The cypress look like lace and oaks are lovely too.
Well,today I added half of serving of cashews.Testing the water with this.Nuts usually don't agree with me all the time so I will have to see how this works out weight wise also.This is my 5th week into OWL
So far strawberries agree,greek yogurt does not at this time.I'm surfing the low carb web sites for new recipes that I can try so I can
have variety.I'm like anyone else,get tired want to throw in the towel
but not going to do it.I have to prove to me that I not only can take off weight but keep it off. Maintaining that has been so elusive to me
But my attitude there has to really change,I have to get over the fact
that just because my weight is off that I can eat anything,big downfall
here.But looking to the past will not help,its over and I'm right here
now.Day by day its gets better,yes bumps here and there but thats life
