An up and down week but happy to have levelled at this! The start of the week was a scary 146lbs (10st 6lb) !!! Resisted weighing in all week so relieved to be here. I will be happier in the 9 stone range ..... big push forward for this now. Feeling back on track ...... my mojo is back! ✨💫
