My daily weigh variability continues, yesterday was a 42000 step day but coupled with eating 2960 calories. I am pretty sure most of this is the additional weight of 2 days worth of flapjack and cake. So will fall off in due course.
My GP has approved cholesterol test booked for next week (my prior reading was 5.3) and that I can stop taking BP medication and keep a track of BP readings for a while and see what happens. She said as long as the average stays below 140/80 any benefit of tablets is minimal. I read that the 1/2 life of the effects of the medication I had been taking is 13 hours and so it should only take a week to find out if I can stay off it.
Today Claire and I have a face to face interview in high Wycombe so we can be set up for housesitting jobs - Hopefully that will go well. So If anybody wants to win a step goal competition todays the day.

Lummy I feel good if I manage 11000 steps. I try not to eat the extra calories and keep to my RDI. Thanks for the photo info.
