lost a pound this week, ok by me. I have found out what I can eat and what I have to not even start eating. Hope next week will see a bigger loss!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have our weaknesses! Fortunately, with WW there are ways to incorporate our favorites and/or make them more POINT friendly. Finding a low cal version of your favorite food that still satisfies your craving is like hitting the jackpot! Keep it up. You are doing great!
