Yep so 18St 11lbs.
Certainly better than the 19st 7lbs I had got to at the beginning of August.

Lets see what next week brings, i expect it to slow down now the bloating from Alcohol has left me, although I would kill for a Chinese takeaway tonight I am going to stir fry some veg and chicken myself and stay away from noodles!

I am happy with that for now....
263.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try stir frying some zoodles with it! It's pretty good. Just warm them up quickly when you want some more filler a good zucchini works well as a base for them.🙋🏻
