Thanks all! Just got back from lunch and was able to AVOID the appetizers that were ordered. First time I have ever said no to fried cheese!

@Tbaygirl, I am starting to feel the effects of the loss so far! It's little things that I notice that make me grin like the cat that ate the carb free canary! =o) Next goal for me is to look straight down and see my toes!

@chadharren, that's the way to do it! Keep it up! This isn't a flash in the pan, it a way of life and can be done! I NEVER thought I'd be greater than 30 days without a chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and GRAVY! But, here I am kicking it! (Knocking on wood) I plan to keep going!
