I had no success until I went very low carb. No grains or sugar was my first step, then no, potatoes, no rice. Now keto combined with 16/8 intermittent fasting. It stops the cravings and hunger pangs. I've lost 55lbs in 51/2 months. Size 16 to an 8. If what you've tried before has been incredibly hard to stick to, play around with another way of eating. You can definitely do this.
