Left for Dallas on 8/18 and did not have scale to weigh myself. So bought new scale like one I have at home. Been keeping to diet, how're at time I've eaten salads that come in bag with its own dressing. Hard to diet here as family is not on diet. However succeeding the cravings I'm having watching them eat.
