It's only four days until the end of the month. So it's pleasing to see a nice drop - Hopefully I can hang to this new low weight to the end of August. I completed a nice four mile jog and had a nice walk picking blackberries yesterday but also ate lots of food so I was not expecting a drop - a new low. I now have some lovely well fitting 34 inch waist jeans and can claim a weight of 12-1/2 stone.
Today is sunny so I am planning to relax at home with a breakfast of bacon and eggs -Sometimes greek yoghurt just doesn't do. Have a great weekend
