Don"t know whether this is just coincidence or not, but when testing for beef I had severe digestive "issues. I will have to re-test later. I do not think it was an intolerance.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
