Bunny hopping down again. 300 g Down again. Now 67.6 kg. Lost over 35 kg now. Woohoo. Next goal in 2.6kg at 65 kg. ETA mid to late September. My smallest belt is now too big for me. Have to go and get new holes put in it. Or buy another belt. Yeah. Onwards and downwards. ❤️

Gonetskaya I stick to 1200 cals per day, lower carbs, no processed meat. Watch hidden sugars too so no low fat.
