Well, I weighed myself this morning when I wok up (which is when you should weigh yourself) and I was at 139. So maybe last nights weight was just weird end of the day weight. Feeling good! :)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
