Well no shame in staying the same:) I did record all my food yesterday and I did stay within my RDI, no exercise though need to work on that. Happy Friday Everyone:)
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
