Another week over . Getting closer to my small goal of 100kg . 1.5kg lost this week wasn't expecting that . Let's keep going everyone .
235.5 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1541 kcal Fat: 54.94g | Prot: 77.00g | Carb: 188.20g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Liddells Lactose Free Milk. Lunch: Sugared or Glazed Chocolate Doughnuts, Wholemeal Bread, Peanut Butter, Bananas. Dinner: Mayfair Short Cut Bacon, Lettuce, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Minced Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Grilled), Cowbelle Cheese Slices, Cooked Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: McCain Cheese & Bacon Pizza Slices. more...
