I was so dissapointed in not losing weight this week , if anything I was up 2oz, but When I went home I again went through my food diary, and except for last Tuesday week, after my weigh in class, I really did stick to the plan. Even that Tues night I had 1 slize of pizza, 2 red wine and packet of velvet crunch, this was my only break out and we are allowed this, our challenage is based on 5 and a half days of sticking to plan and 1 and a half days of having careful treats if we want.
Then it hit me, even with all the veg, fish and chicken and my slice of beef liver I have started to take iron tablets and I as I have IBS, I forgot that iron tablets constipate me, and I have not GONE in 4 days, So thats me off Iron tablets and I'll see how it goes, I'm not giving up, as I feel so much better in myself and clothes fitting me much better. That nin itself is worth so much to me, even my face seems much younger but I think its just a health glow.
So my challenage to myself this week is to stay motivated, set a low reasonable target for my next weight loss, I'm only few lbs away from the one I set myself but That was to be for end of april so I'm well ahead of myself
