Day 1 (15) of P90X started with my wife and a neighbor, here we go. Off to a good start 4 games of pick up basketball and Chest & Back, Abs yesterday.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
