I spent this week with a menu plan (which we have done for years, so we know what we need to have on hand), but not measuring, and adding in food if/when I was hungry, but making good choices. I'm a long way from maintenance, for sure, but I plan to take a week every so often and practice at maintenance, because I'm really, really trying to make lifelong changes this time. I'm very happy that I've still lost weight the last 7 days, even with that. It feels like I might - finally - be getting my act together related to what and how much I eat, and that feels really good!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I liked reading your post today. Your progress inspires me that soon I might be down to that last 10 and can just make good choices, and have it work to maintain. I set 130 as a goal based on things online but With my super short torso and skinny arms/legs I might have to go lower to loose the belly. I still look so pregnant! LOL Anyway keep up the good work, you are almost there.

I still have a long way to go, really, but thank you for the kind words! I hope I can continue making progress. It's gone well for a couple months now!
