9 days to go 11.9 lbs to go % body fat 30.5% ( down 0.6%) 24 hours fast OMAD Probably less than 20g carbs 😊
So, the fast lasted 24 hrs Only had lots of water and 3 cups of tea with 1-2 tsps of cream and ACV until 8 pm
Then ..... I served up my first beef stew from a slow cooker recipe for the family.. OMG .. best stew I've ever tasted!!
I presume I stayed under 20 g carbs, as I had one small dumpling and 1 small potato( about 12g- just weighed one leftover😊) and only 3 pieces of carrot.. the rest was beef and onion and mushrooms.. but I'd only be estimating.. normally fir stew I weigh all ingredients and divide by 4. Had some butter in my stew to keep the calories up
But % body fat is down.. I think the 24 hr fasts combined with cream in my tea are helping.. my belly is definitely less wobbly 😉
Plan: Today I will do 16:8 fast.. driving my 17year old down to Brighton. She's rented a flat with a friend fir her first break away.. sooo excited for her😁we've looked up details of local pools as it looks like it will be raining for a lot of her seaside break and she can use the swimming Cossie she saved up for.
Getting excited cos you feel your kids excitement is the best sort of excited 😁😁😁( my mum reports grandchildren's excitement is even better😂)
So I'll probably go over on carbs a bit today as the kids are taking me out to lunch as a thank you for during them to Brighton and collecting them on Saturday 😋.. but I'll bear in mind I'm going dress shopping on Friday 😉
