Monday, 8/7/17 Steps = 20,328

It was a good week! Our camping trip, dinner out and trading food calories for a little extra Miller Lite didn't mess me up. More challenges this week with several meals in restaurants, but I think it will be okay. I'm getting the hang of this I think!
138.8 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
