I will say that my new found 'self control' is really just from eating slower. I was notorious for eating super fast, and because of it I didn't feel full, so I kept eating, and then I would get SO sick and crampy and feel so disgusting every time I ate. Now, I try my hardest to eat as slow as possible, which helps me realize when I am full! Plus, now I enjoy my food 10x more, and eat only about half of what I used to.
