12 days to go 12.1 lbs to go 16:8 fast 18.5 g carbs 1083 Cals
I've avoided the pringles.. nothing tastes good enough to feel that rubbish! Minitata.. I counted 2 krackerwheat into my carbs and it worked like a dream. Yay! Thanks for the plan 👍
I had 1/2 pack of meatballs last night.. entered them into fs using the nutrition value per 100g uncooked, then weight for half a pack(6). When I was tidying the kitchen after dinner, as I threw away the pack I noticed the value for 6 cooked meatballs net carbs was 0,5gmore than I had calculated.. do the carbs change with cooking( it's still half a pack!) or did someone at tescos not do their sums right. It's not the first time this has happened, had the same problem with prawns at harvester??? Any ideas???
Plan Eating with the family today.. roast pork for a change Then starting my fast from tonight Having a cuppa on the patio with the cat, can't believe there's frost on the grass in August 😮
Have a happy Sunday fs friends 😎😎

Great loss, Poppy! There was frost on the grass?!! Oh no! I've only just got up so didn't see it. I can explain about the changes in the nutritional information - manufacturers are constantly changing their recipes. Also, a lot of items are added by members of the site and they don't always put the right figures in, so you have to be vigilant at checking everything. Have a wonderful day and enjoy your roast!

You are doing so great Poppy. Remember to try to keep your stress levels down as well. 🙋🏻 Another friend of mine who has the dislocating joint condition that you do has discovered that she gets a 6-8 month reprieve after she gets a tattoo done. We've been trying to talk her into trying acupuncture, but she just got a new tattoo and is feeling wonderful for a change so doesn't want to rock the boat. 💁🏻 But I thought I'd pass it on to you for whatever it's worth.🤷🏻♀️

Thanks smprowett.. I've had acupuncture since 2005 from our pain clinic nurses.. I look like a pincushion.. pelvis arms, hips and back 😂.. but it works, so I don't care 😉

Awesome loss this week poppy! I can't believe there is frost on the grass! We have had some really cool nights here in VA, too. It is sort of nuts. This cooler weather isn't doing too much for my garden either.
