Went off egg fast yesterday so expected a gain. Back on HFLC, found amazing low carb store with Low carb bread company rye! Made a great grilled cheese sandwich and they make incredible low carb ice cream. A lb a week will be good,. Publix scale showed 148 so still fighting for my ideal weight....
