hi all, I'm here again at my lunchtime, and I'm doing SUPER. Yes, of course I have 'twangs' of cravings here and there, but HEY I'm 63 years old it takes awhile to get rid of old habits. BUT I will not deter from my woe, at least not today. Yep I have to take it one day at a time and sometimes even moments at a time! But I feel good, had a little drop in weight which always helps. I'm still a little skeptical of this plan, whether it will really get the weight off, but hey, I'm eating good REAL food, so it can't hurt! Hope everyone is well & remember Be True to YOU! :-)
