WEIGHT 164.6, BMI 25.8%, BODY FAT 21.5%, MUSCLE 36.9%, WATER 60.5%, BONE 3.8%.


I HAVE TAKEN THE COLD CURED SALMON OUT OF MY DIET AS THE SODIUM CONTENT IS TOO HIGH, THIS SHOULD LOWER MY SALT INTAKE SOME. MY DINNER HAS THREE GREENS WHICH ARE CABBAGE, RED CABBAGE,AND SNAP PEAS. GROUND TURKEY IS MY PROTEIN SO VERY LOW IN FAT, SODIUM AMD HEAVY ON PROTEIN.

LUNCH I HAVE REPLACED GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH TUNA IN WATER AS THE PROTEIN.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
