I sprained my ankle (again) and I'm feeling pretty stressed 💩with the move coming up and me being basically out of commission. Normally I would turn to ice cream 🍦 to make me feel better because that's what I've always done. (I know my relationship with food is just awful) Does anyone know any good keto ice cream recipes? Or, other comfort foods
239.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
