BMI now 29 neat. Lost 31.2 kg to date. Only 1.5 kg to go to my next goal of 70kg. Size 20 down to size 10. So stoked. This has been a life changer. I now have confidence back again. I feel good and look great. Happy to admit that now. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
