super happy today!! :-) I'm pretty strict with the carb count...lately I haven't felt like eating much...ate some beef jerry for dinner last night ND that was it. just not hungry for some reason. but aim happy !

171.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb. Still to go: 21.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.5 lb a week
