Was a good week for me ! My sons birthday was last Saturday I had a few slices of pizza but I worked it off and since then it's been nothing but good .

Gotta keep working on this still long way to go until I reach my goal weight
246.9 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
