yikes. maybe my anxiety is from not having recorded. I've missed so many walks. I've eaten 3500 calories on so many days. I am grateful for today. I am trying to love. I am trying to be open to give and receive love. if you give freely, you will be blessed.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
