I call this work, "I've eaten less than 4 grams of Carbs today--(Bleep) YOU, Hospital Food!!!". The right side of the plate is all the breading I meticulously chipped off after dipping the "Breaded Pollock Rectangle, Food Service Only" in water. I think the poor resolution of the webcam gives the work a slight Impressionistic feel. As if George Seurat is visiting Van Gogh in the Psych ward. : ) (In no way does obsessively picking every last crumb of breading give any weight to the Psych ward comment...)
