Halfway point in this month and I have lost 5.5 so far. I did not expect to lose this quickly this second month. I mean, sure, the first month is always pretty good for losses, in my experience, but often, things slow way down after that. I'm glad I'm still making good progress.
I'm usually a day or two ahead on meal planning...not today. I need to get that done this morning and figure out what prep I might need to get done. Other than that, it's a weekend of framing soffits in our basement and just being together as a family.
What are you up to this weekend?

Agreed, Topher, and thank you for the encouragement.
In other news, I hate soffits with a passion. They are a huge pain. I'd rather build an entire garage than deal with these stupid soffits! Grump, grump, grump!!
