I haven't been recording my diet or exercising regularly for months now. I have been busy gardening and running my kids everywhere tho- so that is kind of like exercise?? Ok it's not.
Anyway- I have a vacation coming up in about a month and I have to wear a swim suit 😱. I better get my stuff together!! Nothing too hard core- just mild exercise and eating as many veggies as I can from the garden. Hopefully i can lose 5lb in a month. Time to get healthy!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
