Fatigue and travel. I did 6 weeks of 80+ hours to pay for my trip. Too tired to cook. I ate what was available. I put on 10 pounds before the trip. So... No diet vacation, no oxygen ( high altitude ) I did get good quality sleep. I ate LCHF properly yesterday 5.5 pounds inflammation. & water weight gone. Woo hoo restart fun. I can hardly wait to see what the scale says tomorrow.
