Just seen the lowest number I've seen on the scales for about 2 years. Really pleased with achieving this thought healthy diet and exercise. Hope I can keep up the exercise as I used to do next to none. Roll on next weeks weigh in, feeling positive!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
