Weighed in yesterday at the gym. Was 355lbs.

This morning, I was 351lbs.

Going in the right direction!! Keep it up!!!
351.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
