Binged on some Arctic Zero ice cream. 😜
Kids driving me crazy & I'm ready for school to start lol

193.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb. Still to go: 38.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 5.6 lb a week

We don't say "binge" we use the word "mis-step", right? Hold onto that last nerve... and don't let the kids jump on it.
