I am ending my day at 77% of recommended calories. Protein is adequate and I kept my fat intake right at 20, so it was a good day overall. Made tacos for supper, but I used cauliflower and mushrooms (chopped up) in place of the meat. That's part of the reason I was able to keep my calories and fat so low.

I got my exercise today hauling lumber and framing in our basement. We have just a couple little bits left before we'll start on the soffits to cover pipes and ductwork. It was a good day. I think I'll end it with a warm bath and a couple chapters of the book I am reading right now. :)
203.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
