I woke up feeling puffy and a little bit achy all over...likely related to hormones/my cycle/allthesugarIateyesterday. I stayed in my calorie range yesterday, but with more sugar and quite a bit more fat than I am aiming for. I fully expected my weight to be up this morning, and on some level, I was fine with that, because it would be the consequences of my own actions yesterday. Instead, I am down another half pound...and I checked 3 times to make sure.

Hopefully, I can lose some of this puffiness today by eating better and drinking more water. Thankfully, the increased fat intake didn't trigger anything with my gallbladder. Still, I'd like to feel better than I do today, so I'm getting back to the basics. The benefit of knowing I can have a little more fat once in a while is that I might be able to have a little cheese here and there. (I really miss cheese!)
