This was a terrible weekend. Being out of town and stuck at a resort with horrible, greasy food. I didn't get in as much walking as I had hoped and now my legs are swollen from flying and doing a lot of sitting. Grrrr. Well on to the next week and since I am home I can get back to it.

Its tough to be on the road, I travel for work sometimes. You're right, you can get back to it. Before I leave on my road trips I try to take prep by packing portable nonperishable foods before I leave that won't get too mooshed in my luggage. Things like apples, a peanut butter sandwich, a handful of nuts, string cheeses, tea bags (tea curbs my appetite). I put the nuts in yogurt I buy later in the airport or convenience store. Bring gum for hunger pang periods too. Subway is great for a meal if you're on the road, better than all the other fast food places in my opinion.
