Weight was up a half pound this morning....which is fine, really. I had been down 1.5 over the past couple of days, which seems a bit much. I would have bigger losses if I didn't weigh every morning, but I find that frequent weighing makes me less anxious about the little ups and downs for some reason.

We are framing today, so I'll burn a few calories doing that, and I have some gardening and chicken chores to take care of later on. I plan to do a little food prep to make the next couple days a little easier too.

Unrelated to weight loss topics, I'm very happy about how the basement finish work is going. I drew up the plans for the permit all by myself, and it's going really well. We have some construction experience, but there are a copule of new challenges in this project. So far, so good!

Ok...back to the lumber pile!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
