I want to change my habits. Eating healthy needs to be number 1. Maybe when people want to go out, I should let them choose the place and just get a side salad. Going along for the social aspect. today we went for Indian buffet. I just go crazy for Indian, so I eat 3 full plates plus dessert. I really want to get back down too 131 lb. These extra 10lb need to go. Diet will be the way. I don't make time for exercise. Even the diet is really difficult because of lack of sleep. Drinking more water is a good idea. I need to get those 9 glasses in. today I've had 5 so far.
