It's the first day of July, so this morning's weight tells me how much I lost in the month of June...13 pounds. I'm very surprised, and quite happy with that result. I cannot really see a visual difference that's noticeable, but my clothes fit better. I feel better too. My gallbladder is still an issue to consider - it's not hurting, but that's because I'm avoiding high-fat meals. I'll stick with what I'm doing for now, until I can see the doctor, and see how much progress I can make in July!
