GOAL ! GOAL! GOAL !! TOUCHDOWN !TOUCHDOWN ! TOUCHDOWN ! I Finally reached another milestone 199# the reason 199# goal was to be under 200# never seen that weight in 50 years .Total weight loss 228#s. Largest paint size was 48 now a 34 ,been long time coming, last final weight loss was from Fatsecret and my Fatsecret buddy's who ALL encourage me to keep going.." FAILURE IS TEMPORARY, ONLY GIVING UP IS PERMANENT " Always experimenting with different food combinations, WOE and to see what worked best for me, now I believe the hardest part is still to come and that is to maintain the weight loss..I still will do the 16-8 and no carbs to keep sugar in check and daily food logs and my journey continues..Thank you again Fatsecret buddy's , as YOU helped me through this and I will still need your support !!!
