Goals!! Goals!! Goals!!! I have to quit being silly and allowing myself to occasionally have a nibble of things I DON'T NEED here and there!! While it is not affecting my numbers now it will if I keep it up!! GRRRRRRrrr! I am set, I am going to see if I can possibly duplicate what I have done in the past 2 mos in the next 2 mos, I know it will be harder but I have goals. I know this isn't a quick fix but a lifestayle choice to be healthier and happier. 2 months from now, I am going to AZ to see my best friend who I haven't seen in 9 mos already, and I was close to my biggest last time I saw her.. she is such a wonderful person, she is sooo supportive and tells me everyday how proud she is of me for doing this and being happier and feeling better about myself. When I go out to see her I want to be stunning! I won't be to my goal yet but I will be smaller than I have been in 3 or 4 yrs. I hope. But anyway.. I am doing this for me, but this is a new drive for me.. b/c I want to be just WOW when I step off that plane and when I run into all my friends back there. I need to add exercise and my food to my journal again, and keep it up... I did 45 mins of cardio yesterday!! wooo! Today is a 13 hr work day so probably not much exercise but I will try. This will happen!!!!! I CAN DO THIS!
