Down 1.5 over the weekend. Last night I had some gall-bladder related pain and even a touch of nausea. I'm going to need to dial the fat down even lower whilst it is healing. Since I'd already planned meals through Wednesday, I'll need to re-work some things, but pain is an effective, yet unfortunate motivator.
209.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
